4 Course Family Style Menu celebrating Afro-Caribbean flavours near and dear to Chef Rachel and Chef Marc’s stomachs. Biscuits w/ Shito honey Ground provisions (Plantain, breadfruit & yam) Kabrit Boukanen (wood fire goat leg, charred eggplant) Touba peaches & cream *Please contact with dietary restrictions in advance so we can make the appropriate accommodations. Menu can easily be adapted for vegans, other restrictions such as allium or nightshade allergies unfortunately may not be accommodated at this time
